Rolex 16800 Rare Pumpkin Patina Submariner Collector’s Full Set

✅  It was believed that lesser than 3% of this reference spots a pumpkin patina dial, making this much much rarer than those more commonly found light creamy patina. 

✅  The uber rare Skinny Coronet (found also on early 168000) adds lots of collectibility to this already extremely hard to find dial .

✅  The dial surface is still showing its initial gloss without blemish. The lumes are untouched and are original to the watch. 

✅  The watch’s mid-case appears to be unpolished with its initial chamfers still clearly visible and intact. No major nick or dent is spotted on the watch. 

✅  Hands of the watch show minor corrosion as is common amongst the watches of this era (30+ years) and they are original to this watch. The patina on the hands matches closely to those on the lumes. 

✅   The insert has the much-desired serif fonts and remains in an excellent condition. The pearly (pip) has similar patina to the lumes and hands, and is in a beautiful vignette colour. 

✅   Bracelet is the newer 93150 bracelet with its clasp code showing LT (2009). Bracelet remains reasonably tight for its age and has a lot of life left in it. 

✅  The movement is running smoothly when wound. Service history unknown. 

✅  Comes with the correct box & papers, Japanese booklets, green hang tag and Rolex wallet, both of which have the correct watch’s serial number on them. Now that’s super uber rare! (Japanese booklets – collector’s favourite).
